3D printable design for securing a Spoil Board to extruded aluminum. Great for use on the Avid CNC frame.
Should be printed with 100% infill for added strength. Bolts are sized to fit in standard half inch holes in MDF or Plywood.
Given the bolts are 3D printable (plastic) they will break if over tightened by a impact driver or other tool. Tighten the bolt so it is snug and secure but be careful not to over tighten.
Tested using PLA with great results but other stronger filaments can be used also.
Design in Fusion360. STL and STEP files are included in this download.
