If you are not familiar with Fusion 360 there is a free personal license on Autodesks web site that you can install to view and convert these files. Unfortunately I do not have time or knowledge to generate other file formats like VCarve, etc.
Digital plans for the French cleat wall panel designs. Design is for 1/2” Baltic birch plywood. Cleat angle is 45deg and works great for shop tool storage. Please review plans before manufacturing. Some edits and updates might be needed depending on your CNC machine or creation process. Many different file types included: .f3d, step, .stl. Please let me know if any of these file types did not get converted properly from Fusion360. Happy to update with fixes.

These 45deg bits are from High Country Tools and are amazing. High quality and will cut the dovetail angle very accuratly. We highly reccommend all bits from this company. 95% of our CNC bits that we use come from this company.

This is our physical 3D printed modular sanding block product.

We created this design because we needed a simple sanding block for finishing flatt surfaces and 90deg corners. It was also our goal to try and use a sheet of sandpaper efficently reducing as much waste as possible. This is a 3D printable design using standard PLA filament using our Bambulab 3D printers.

Note* using other filament types could alter the tollerances when printing causing the hinges and hinge pins to be either too lose or too tight. You may need to alter those pieces to the sanding blocks work properly.

This is for the physical 3D printed spoilboard bolts and brackets product.

We designed this 3D printed bolt and bracket to work with our Avid CNC. You can secure them onto the 80/20 extruded aluminum frame using an M8 bolt (not provided) and then the plastic bolt threads into a 3/4” drilled hole in your spoilboard.
The purpose of this is to remove any bolts and metal from the spoilboard in order to save your endmills and bits from getting damaged when they go to far into the spoilboard if you make a depth mistake. The plastic bolts work great when you are surfacting your spoilboard also. They get shaved down by the surfacing bit making the entire work surface flatt.

These are digital files for our spoilboard bolts and brackets.

We designed these bolts and brackets to work with our Avid CNC 80/20 extruded frame and mdf spoilboard. The brackets bolt onto the 80/20 frame using M8 bolts (not included). Then the bolt can secure the spoilboard to the frame removing the need for any metal parts that could damage your CNC endmills and bits. The spoilboard can also be surfaced safely using this product and the bolts get shaved down along with the spoilboard to create a completly flatt surface.
